Exchange & Return Policy
We take our work quite seriously & follow a stringent quality check process but in case you are still unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery.
It's very simple to return/exchange your item, follow the steps:

- Share your feedback with us & we take care of the rest.
In Case of exchange: Item is picked up from your registered address and we wait for the product to reach us to ship the new order to you.
Incase of return Item is picked up from your registered address and we wait for the product to reach our warehouse for a QC.
We offer return in form of credit note with no validity which is shared after the QC of the product recieved by the customer.
In case of Personalised Product:
We don't except any return or exchange on the personalised product.
We accept returns for both COD & Pre-Paid orders but we charge a very small fee to return the item. It's the same price that you pay to visit the store to return an item.
Exchange/Return Fee for different categories:
- Jewelry: Rs 70/-
- Bags: Rs 200
Exchange & Return During Sale
We don’t have any exchange or return policy during sale days but we will process exchange incase you receive a damaged product from our end. Such cases will be dealt with extra care and we will make sure that you have a good experience from our side with the good deal that you grab.
Steps to follow for exchange/return:
- Product should be returned in the same condition as delivered to you.
- Ensure the product is properly packed in the box to avoid any damage during transit
- Please print & paste the delivery slip shared by us on the email
- Ensure to click a video while packing and handing over the order to courier boy.
- Please ensure to take a signed manifest (will be shared on email) from the courier boy
- Share the signed manifest with us over whatsapp or email
